Honey Mustard Glazed Chicken (Manok na may Honey Mustard Sauce)

Mga Sangkap:

4 pirasong boneless, skinless chicken breasts (hita ng manok, walang balat) Asin at paminta (pepper) ayon sa iyong panlasa 1/4 tasa ng Dijon mustard 2 kutsarang honey (pampatamis) 1 kutsarang olive oil (mantikilya ng oliba) 2 butil ng bawang, tinadtad (minced) 1 kutsaritang dried rosemary (tuyong rosemary)

Mga Tagubilin:

  1. Magpainit ng induction plate sa medium heat.
  2. Lagyan ng asin at paminta ang mga piraso ng chicken breasts.
  3. Sa isang mangkok, haluin ang Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, tinadtad na bawang, at dried rosemary.
  4. Pahiran ng honey mustard mixture ang parehong mga side ng mga piraso ng manok.
  5. Magpainit ng isang skillet sa induction plate at lutuin ang manok ng mga 5-6 na minuto kada side, o hanggang maluto ito ng buo.
  6. I-serve kasama ang mga steamed vegetables o isang malaswang salad.
