Aside from hair and eyebrows, one of the things women take great care of is their nails. They use various cosmetics and beauty products to ensure that their hands and nails look presentable. This is especially important during Valentine’s season when hand-holding among lovers is common. However, it’s unavoidable for nails to get damaged, become hard, or develop calluses when a woman is busy with household chores like laundry and dishwashing. But there’s no need for women to be sad or worried because there’s a solution to their problem. And the solution can be found right in their own kitchen or, if not, can be purchased at an affordable price. These are natural hand and nail care remedies.
For softening the hands – Sugar, coconut milk, and calamansi (Philippine lime). These are three ingredients that are likely found in your kitchen. You just need to estimate how much you can use. You can scrub your hands with this mixture while massaging them for ten minutes or more. If you think your hands have already softened, rinse them.
For whitening the hands – Fresh milk, lemon, and baking soda are the ingredients you should use if you want your hands to become whiter. You probably have these ingredients in your kitchen as well. Similar to the previous process, you need to mix them and massage the mixture onto your hands. Leave it on for at least fifteen minutes or longer if you prefer, and then rinse.
For strengthening the nails – If your nails are not as strong as you’d like them to be, you’ll only need two ingredients: coconut oil and garlic. Mix coconut oil with crushed garlic and soak your nails in this mixture for five minutes.
If you want these methods to be more effective, you can repeat them until you achieve the best results.
