You know, it all started when I was just 15, and I picked up that old guitar. Those strings became my voice, my canvas for expressing everything that stirred in my soul. Now, when it comes to influences, let me tell you, I’ve got quite the eclectic mix. The Beatles, especially John Lennon, they’re like my musical North Star. But it doesn’t stop there – Nirvana, Metallica, Cream, and even the iconic Eraserheads, they’ve all left their mark on my sound.
But here’s the thing, I don’t like to limit myself. I’m a musical sponge, soaking up all sorts of sounds – rock and roll, alternative, blues, jazz, pop – you name it, I’m into it. I hit the gig scene back in 2007 playing covers, learning the ropes one stage at a time. By 2010, I decided to take the plunge and turn my passion into a full-blown career. It was a wild ride until the pandemic hit, forcing us all to hit pause. But you know what they say, the music never stops, and in 2023, I’m back, ready to pick up where I left off.
Now, let’s talk songwriting. There’s something magical about crafting your own tunes, and for me, John Lennon is the ultimate muse. His words, his stories, they’ve shaped my own lyrical journey in ways I can’t even describe. I’m not just a one-trick pony, though. I’m a guitarist, a bassist, and I sing my heart out, weaving melodies and stories that I hope resonate with all of you.
